Animal Support Charity Shop
When you shop with us, you're not just finding treasures – you're supporting animal welfare in our community
Helping Hands charity was set up in 2007 by a group of 9 people who wanted to help animals in the Famagusta (Cyprus) area.
To raise funds to help rescuers, a charity shop was set up, led by Celia Shayler.
The charity shop is supported by donations of clothes, shoes, bags and bric-a-brac from the general public, and all profit goes to help the animals in the following ways:
Celia retired in 2024, and the shop continues to be run by a team of volunteers.
Neutering vouchers are available at the Helping Hands charity shop in Paralimni on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays between 9:00 and 12:30.
The cost is €20 for males and €25 for females, with the vet charging only for an antibiotic injection.
Located in Paralimni, Cyprus, our charity shop is easily accessible and filled with treasures waiting to find new homes.
